Automotive Industry
The majority of my Automotive Composites experience took place from 1998 up through 2008 with HST Automotive.
- Shelby Automobiles – Created first 3D CAD Models for the iconic Shelby 427 SC Cobra vehicle built in the early 1960’s.
- Shelby Automobiles – Designed first ever Carbon Fiber Body Cobra and set up an entire Manufacturing Plant to produce these cars including chassis, body, suspension, interior, up to Power Train. Produced over 400 vehicles in four years.
- Shelby Automobiles – Designed and built the first ever Electric Powered Shelby Cobra.
- Delphi Automotive – Developed Tie rods, drive shafts and body components.
- Saleen Mustang – Manufactured composite body components like Carbon Fiber splitters, fascia’s, spoilers and diffusers for the S7 and Mustang Platforms.
- FORD Motor Company – Manufactured Carbon Fiber GT500 Hood.
